I just finished reading aloud Holes with my two boys, and they could not get enough of it—one more chapter, puh-leeeeez! I had a co-worker who was terrified of sharks, too, and on his 30th birthday, he booked one of those "dive in a cage while sharks swim around you" excursions for the express purpose of overcoming his fear. (!!!) Not sure if it worked. 😂
